In this session I will direct the energy healing to you by visualization, intention and tools. I can work on your energy field and chakras to help balance each chakra to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, alleviate pain, gain a sense of overall well-being and obtain emotional balance.

Instruments that can be used are singing bowls, chimes, pyramids, tuning forks and drums
This 30 minute session uses tuning forks placed on the chakra points. You will relax while the healing vibrations enter the chakra clearing blockages and balancing the energy flow creating alignment between your Mind, Body & Spirit.
We can measure and see chakra alignment before and after your session. We can also see how your body is managing stress in your organs associated with the chakras. Then we can re-balance with crystals, sound healing or other healing modalities. With this we can create custom "prescriptions" for your healing journey.
